Understandings on why to take the proper drug
Some medicine can cause you to change your appetite. Even some common medications can increase or decrease your hunger. Unfortunately, this is a normal side effect that Dr.’s rarely tell you when they hand you a prescription. It might be because it’s not a life changing issue and usually stops affecting you once you’ve completed the medicine.
An example of prescriptions that can increase your appetite are mood enhancers, allergy pills, urination drugs, anti-inflammatory drugs, and calming drugs. A few examples of medicine that may increase your eating habits are anti-cancer drugs, blood pressure medication, and cholesterol lowering pills.
Of course not every medication in a particular category of drugs has the same effect on your appetite. There are some mood elevators which decrease your appetite and some that don’t do anything to it at all. Obviously, the fact that a drug may or may not raise or lower your eating habits is not a valid reason to not use it. But it can be particularly informative if you begin to notice a difference in your appetite. Even chemicals in other items can affect you which is why some companies have made sls free shampoo as a part of their production.
